Ellie-Bo Replacement Black Galvanised Metal Tray for 42 inch X-Large Dog Cage Crate

Does exactly what it needs to, is very sturdy and good quality, well made. Do not use it in a crate, use it underneath my incontinent dogs bed! But, cannot find a flaw with it, good value for money.

The tray arrived a bit dented due to damage in transit - the packaging was fine. The team could not have been more helpful, arranging a partial refund after I had actually cancelled the return because a bad back would make it hard to get the tray into the post. Excellent product (sturdy tray, correct size and which will do the job I need) plus prompt and very helpful service. Much appreciated. I highly recommend them.

It was to replace a plastic tray that had been chewed by the puppy. It was slightly smaller but actually fitted nicely over the old plastic tray. It confused him initially as he could see a bit of a his reflection in it, but soon settled down on it.

Good value and just as described, I've used it to replace plastic bottom tray on parrot cage that had been chewed by rodents.

Item it's self it's fine but measurements described on here are wrong so it didn't fit our crate

Item was exactly as described. Had no issues with it and would happily buy again. Very happy with item.

Let's start with a positive, product well made. Check all sizes. Did not fit either of my standard 36inch crates. Both crates less than 3 years old and this tray too wide for them. Did not arrive next day as promised waited in and although had confirmation email of delivery before 8pm , didn't happen . Returning this item expensive cost over £13 to return and will get less than £5 back for postage. So please check all dimensions and be prepared for cost of return if it proves necessary.

Had to buy a 42" replacement tray as the one that originally came with the crate was damaged and then my 7 month old lab had been chewing and scratching up the plastic replacement that had only been in there a couple of months. He absolutely hates it likely due to the shine and it offers no grip for his paws, but so far I'm impressed with it. The only future downside is that it will likely develop surface rust as it is just painted metal, but that's at least a couple of years away. It is slightly smaller than the original tray, but it is a good fit. People need to bear in mind that the dimensions of every crate is different, so the replacements won't always be perfect unless they're from the manufacturer.

Very long despatch period. Product arrived inadequately packaged and damaged. Delivery notification inaccurate and misleading saying it had been delivered three days before it actually had. Product not robust and is cheaply constructed. Would not buy again.
