Hi Adriana, here is the ingredients as stated on the packaging: Water, Vegetable Oil, Dried Glucose Syrup, Sodium Caseinate from Milk, Sugar, Acidity Regulators E339(b), E500, Emulsifiers E471, E435, Stabiliser E407, Colour E160(a), Contains Milk Products.

What is the use by date if I buy in the next few days please

My present batch which came last week are dated 26/05/18 giving about 60 days usage period

What would be the use by date if I ordered today, 2nd Feb 2021?

I'm not sure what use by date will be. However, as an example. I ordered my latest batch on 29th November, 2020. Use by date is 7th June 2021. I place orders about every 3 months and I've found that the use by date is always at least four months ahead. I hope this helps

Can anyone recommend a better tasting alternative to Cafe Maid ?

I've been using Cafe Maid for years, and find that they're much better than alternative creamers. I suggest you try alternatives yourself rather than ask on Cafe Maid's site.....
