This device absolutely works !
Well, for anyone that thinks this piece of kit is too expensive or too difficult to use, please think again. If I add up all the money I've spent over the years on topical gels, creams and lotions it is way more than this cost. More importantly, this works and nothing else did. It's so easy to use, just clip onto the affected nail while you're watching TV and then it will automatically turn off. Some reviewers seem to think it can fix the problem within days, that is absolutely not the case. All it does is stop the fungal infection in its tracks and allow for new nail to grow in. It takes ages for the affected nail to fully grow out, but you can take heart from seeing the line of new pink nail growing in from the bottom. I have been using it for two weeks and can now see new growth, i shall continue using it twice daily (with the included gel) until it has all grown out. The other tip, is to buy some large professional emery boards and file the affected nail till its as thin and short as possible, it gives the process less to work at and makes the nail look better. Suffice to say, after 2 weeks I can see its working and I am very pleased. If I see a hint of it returning in future, I now know what to do.

Doesn’t work
Don’t waste your money In the end I bought Terbinafine liquid from an online pharmacy and that’s working on my fungal nail

Very effective. Easy to operate
I have fungus on one hand, 3 fingers and most of my toes. I have seen podiatrists without success for several years. Paint and filing arduous and never worked. The laser is so easy to operate. Instructions very clear. I have attacked the fingers first and just did them everyday in bed before getting up. Then again watching TV in the evening. Fingers appear to clear and new nails returning. Will attack the feet next.

1 Week in
So after 1 week we have completed the twice a day routine, I'll save everyone the pics or detailed descriptions, but effectively the thing seems to work, is easy to use (though perhaps a little bit uncomfortable) is made from decent materials comes nicely packed and includes the ointment I wasn't sure would be and a few nail files, there is also a usb plug and cable for charging (it doesn't take too long to charge and if you leave it on overnight it doesn't take very long to top it back up by unplugging it and recharging (we tend to use it first thing in the morning and just before bed so your left leaving it charging - we do 3 toes each time and charge after no idea how much battery it uses up in that time but it seems to re-charge within an hour. Ultimately the only thing anyone is really going to care about is if it works and short of completing the 5 week program I wont know for sure but after 1 week I'm already more impressed than just the ointment options (tried the paint on stuff and that failed all together) now we are using an alternative bought ointment (Imperial Feet) only because I wasn't sure the kit included one, and this is a drip on oil that doesn't come into contact with the infected area which makes a lot of sense, the supplied one appears to be a pump gel which probably does the same but they have a different list of ingredients so we are just going to effectively run the course twice as the unit is rechargeable so no limit on the number of times we can use it The could be better: design wise it is simple and if your doing hands or small toes this is probably very suitable, I'm doing both large toes so its at it's functional limit, having removed most of the nail with clippers the device tends to pinch the tip of the toe and because of how far onto the toe it needs to go to reach the nail bed it also causes the case to sit on the skin, the spring is sufficient to hold it in place even if you where to lightly try to shake it off so its a fair amount of force, I think had the outer edge had a raised silicon one sort of like over the ear headphones in design then you would get an easier softer grip that would have worked better comfort wise it also could do with being another half an inch longer in design to allow it better contact top and bottom on the biggest toe, that said its not too much to tolerate for 7mins and if it cures the problem I'd gladly suffer significantly more for a lot longer. so far the results are looking good and I am highly hopeful of it working

Not a cure for nail fungus
This product does not cure nail fungus. Used for a year everyday and although it kept the fungus from getting worse it didn't cure it. Started using tea tree oil and this killed the fungus and my nails are now beginning to look more normal as the infected nails grow out. Wouldn't recommend as a treatment.

Three months into treatment, and it definitely works!
Ok, here it goes. I was very surprised when the parcel came, as I was not expecting much. This is a top quality medical appliance, in top quality packaging. On the cover of the pack it lists all the necessary data: Laser wavelength - 905nm Blue light wavelength - 470nm Laser intensity - 25w Maximum pulse intensity - 22w With the data given, I was able to look for the medical literature, and could confirm that the power, and the laser wavelength are highly effective at treating Onychomycosis (i.e. nail fungus). I will report in a month or so on the progress of the treatment, but so far I am very impressed. Just to add - I have 12 toes and 1 fingernail to treat, between two people, so it is very interesting to know if the device works. Range of infection - from severe to mild. Can't wait to know! UPDATE after 2 weeks: Toes are being treated, and no change after two weeks, but none is expected. Fingernail - the device does not work. I can say so confidently because the infection not just not retreated, but advanced in the two weeks, and no positive progress has been made - at all. This is sad, because I had such high hopes for the treatment. I will continue for the next couple of months with recommended daily doses, but I have no expectations of the treatment working now. UPDATE after 3 months: I had a look at the pictures we took before the treatment and compared them with the toes now, and was amazed just how much better they look. Out of 12 toes, 1 heavily infected small toe showing no improvement, 1 toe is now completely clear, and 10 toes show big improvements. The fingernail has improved considerably also. I will post some pictures soon.

It dis not work for me at all
Used for 3 weeks every day - almost always 2 times a day, 7 min each nail until automatic shut down. Well made but useless toy it is. I have 2 infected big toe nails ( very light to light I would say, at the most I would say 1 of them - medium spread ). Recurring infection as it often apparently happens. I decided not to use any other medication at the same time as it would have been defeating the purpose. So I used the laser alone. At some point it looked that way - but then I realised that actually my nails getting worse !! I afraid now that I lost a time and would never recover them. I stopped the laser and back to my usual medication Scholl. Which actually did work in the past , but the fungus returns after a few months - so I was hoping the laser ill help. Waste of money and most importantly I worry now that I lost time too. I do not understand why the package includes a bottle of liquid medication as well, on top of the laser ... I did not use it. Perhaps the medication is the only thing which actually helps there - for 80 pounds it is too much.
