I never tan. However i went away for 3 weeks and came back glowing. I wanted to keep that glow but also wanted to top up the tan colour too. This really gave that lasting glowing effect. You do have to go careful on how much you use. And I wouldn't use it as pure aftersun or on direct sunburn. I used a normal aftersun whilst on holiday. But used this product on return. Which really enhanced my tan and also made my skin feel amazing. The smell was great. It absorbed into my skin very quickly and gave a great moisturised effect. Not sticky at all. The quality is really good and great value for money. Do be careful how much you use and how often. Go careful over elbows, knees and wrists as it can give an orange effect and can look fake in creases. I use it every other day. But if there are streaky lines, nothing a shower can't remove. Would deffinatly recommend.

Easy to apply and does give a light fan

So this was actually a couple of years ago, I burnt when I was at the beach during a hot summers day. Now, I'm ginger/blonde and pale, I burn of course. Tans are very rare. I bought this one evening when I was looking for an after sun as I had badly burnt that day at the beach. The next day I woke up and to say I was rather shocked would be an understatement... I was golden brown, like Claudia Winkleman golden brown. A ginge with that skin tone was unnatural, and worst yet I was due in for work that day, so feeling like a bit of a fool I went off to work. Everyone commented on my tan, but instead of the expected ridicule, everyone was saying how great I looked! So rather shamelessly instead of coming clean on my accidental purchase and application, I allowed everyone to believe that it was a natural tan. What could possibly go wrong from this stage? Less than a week later, I was golfing with some friends for the first time in years, it was a hot day and I was wearing shorts, and these friends were all under the elaborate illusion that my tan was indeed real, at least that was what I thought. As I was teeing off, my uncle I believe it was asked a question, and not very discreetly: "what the f*** is wrong with your legs?" It was at this moment, that I had noticed that where my calfs had burnt in the sun, and had previously been bright red, and later turned golden brown thanks to this product, it was now PEELING. Yes, my "tanned" legs were peeling, so there were patches of my pale lilly white legs, and the fake tan aftersun surrounding them. Naturally this was highly amusing to everyone, I was mortified, but it I had to laugh at the situation myself and come clean on how I wasn't aware the aftersun I had bought had a "tan enhancer" property to it. Of course, no one believed me. So a word of warning to any ginger, pale skinned mutants such as myself... make sure you read up on exactly what it is you are purchasing, unless you want to look rather silly. 4 stars because before that embarrassment at the end, I actually looked pretty incredible for the few days before my skin peeled and reminded the myself and the world that gingers peel after burning 😂

Love this product used it for years perfect to top your tan up when aboard when you can’t fake it ! Great colour and great moisturizer leaves the skin feeling soft .. easy to apply and pleasant scent . I just use this like after sun. Yes be cautious around knees and elbows as if you over apply it looks fake. And wash your hands including attention to in between your fingers. It takes out the initial redness some people can get with sun exposure and seems to gradually build. I've used it solo as a fake tan when I just feel like looking not so pasty. Nice scent , not that usual fake tan biscuit like smell and its good value as it lasts a surprisingly long time as you don't need a lot for the deeper sun kissed look.
