comfortable and warm
I like these sock because they are warm and also I like the construction, as the top has extra stretch to stay up and the bottom is thick. Very comfortable

Good socks
Second time I've ordered these and like them. They're comfortable, breathe well and they're warm in the winter. Only complaint I have is that all three pair I had started developing holes in the toes after about a year.

Quality Warm Work Sock - Will they survive a season of wash cycles
Warm and the right amount of wool. Any higher on the wool content and I think you might have trouble having them stay up on your calves...as mine slip down tiny bit by bit throughout the day. First wash had the material fluff and shag a little (probably because they're 53% wool) so I'm curious how they will handle a daily wash cycle. Extra padding in the toes is appreciated to fill out a steel toe-box. Extremely comfortable overall. Priced right if they hold up and can be washed after each use, otherwise these lean toward a little on the pricey side.

Fit perfect, bought size6-12 I wear size 11-WW to 11-1/2-WW in shoes/boots
Many reviews/research read of various brands. Have bought Darn tough to try for hiking, warmer weather, ok to be sure, yet expensive. Bought two pair of these to try. These have a better thickness/cushion, softer feel, equal warmth. Top leg collar does not bite into leg, a big plus for me. A good moderate cushion all over while not too thick for shoes. Gave 1 pair to Wife who has issues with cold feet in winter. She agrees they are warm, good cushion and comfortable. We will be purchasing more. For the 7 dollar lower price than previous mentioned brand, also a big plus. Absolutely recommend.

So comfy!
These wool socks are a must. I have worn wool full time now for over 8 years. I wear them all day, everyday, no matter the season. Currently I am using them to break in Doc Marten's 1460 boots, and the work wonderfully. There is no heel rub, they keep my feet warm, and allow extra padding when out and about breaking these boots in. I ordered 2 initially to try due to their higher cost. Within 1 week I ordered 2 more. I highly recommend these.

Very comfortable but not too durable.
Had an older pair, different style, that lasted me about 4 years. Sadly these only lasted me a month before one of them tore in half while taking a walk. However when it was in one piece the socks were very comfortable and warm.

Good fit, comfort and thickness (initially), but all three pairs I own developed holes along the ball of the foot in under a year.

I like their quality and they are so far smell proof indeed. I would give 5 stars if they had somewhat of a better grip on the soles. They can be slippery, both in my leather boots and within itself (on the skin). It's comfortable but need to be re-positioned sometimes.. too big maybe..?

These are rather expensive, but well worth it. Really well made. Really comfortable. You don't notice you're wearing them other than your feet being nice and toasty. I would describe them as a medium thickness. Good solid walking socks, but not your full-blown woolly sock.
