Arrived on time and perfect fit. Easy to swop over good as new, what’s not to love? At this rate my Dyson will be as old as Trigger’s broom!

This is a good value replica part and does the job pretty well. It feels a little shorter than the original but that just may be because it is new and still tight. The fixed end at the base of the Dyson needed a little persuasion to get it to click in but did in the end. The hose diameter is also a tiny bit tight. When getting the fixed hose into this flexible hose you need to be patient and gentle but it does go in. Just tell everyone who uses it to be gentle or you may end up damaging it. Over all a great replacement for an ageing but still functioning Dyson.

Pipe feels lower quality than original but that’s expected. Size and fit are good however and works well once fitted. Note, you’ll need torx driver bits to complete the replacement and there’s very helpful vids on the web to guide you.

I have been through several Dyson hoses which mainly split because I yank them up the stairs. An original replacement hose is around £37, so this product is much better value for money. Is it as good as the original?… No, if you want 100% suction and perfect fit then you will have to spend more money and buy a Dyson one. If like me you want to save some money then this is worth a go. The reason why the suction isn’t 100% is because the fit isn’t 100% so some air gets lost around the very small gaps. I have been using a few weeks now and it’s sucking up everything that I use it for and hasn’t been a problem. Time will tell if it lasts as long as a Dyson one but then for the price it doesn’t matter if it has to be replaced a little sooner.

Speedy service, part fitted a dream

Good value replacement on DC41 upright dyson, easily fitted. Update the hose broke away from the housing after just a few weeks. Looks like this is a common issue. This can be repaired by removing the head and re-attaching the hose. The hose can be screwed back onto the black housing, I added some super glue to be sure it will stay put. Let’s see how long this lasts. Had similar issue with genuine Dyson hose where it split after 3 yrs of use. There are you tube videos to show how to do this.

Fits perfectly and excellent quality for such little cost. Highly recommend.
