Bromelaine capsules
Bromelaine capsules, came as described. Fairly easy to swallow, with not too much of a taste or aftertaste. Says to take as a food supplement, but I have found both now and previously that it works like a natural antibiotic. Had the feeling of an abcess starting in a tooth, with taking this the swelling went away after a couple of days meaning a lack of pain which would have been caused by it. Giving me a chance to hold out until I can get to the dentist. Highly recommended.

Best for anti inflammatory purposes.
I took bromelain when I broke my ankle 6 years ago to help with swelling and they certainly helped. I bought these capsules to take after I had a total hip replacement 5 weeks ago and they have definitely helped as an anti inflammatory. I haven’t taken painkillers in 2 weeks.

Amazing!
I bought these as I was having 2 wisdom teeth removed and I’m shocked at the result! I’ve hardly even taken painkillers after taking bromelain for a week before the surgery. So different from other teeth extractions.
