Absolutely delicious- melted perfectly for my smores cruch. Will be buying this chocolate again the quality is amazing.

I used this chocolate for years when I make Christmas toffee. A couple years ago Sam’s club stopped carrying it and brought in their own brand. Sam’s club brand tasted like wax. This Ghirardelli chocolate is the only brand I use now. Why spend hours making homemade candy to coat in wax? Ghirardelli tastes great and has an amazing flavor. These chocolate wafers are easy to melt and dip candy in. After cooling, the chocolate stays formed and looks as good as it tastes. This is my favorite chocolate for candy.

If you are accustomed to good quality 100% cacao, then you will like these. The strong, unsweetened, chocolates are the healthy way to get the benefits of chocolate, without any of the bad stuff added to any chocolate that is not 100% cacao. The size of each piece is perfect for satisfying your craving with just one or two pieces. Each piece is about the size of four common-sized chocolate chips, and contains 12 calories per piece. The chips are smooth and creamy, unlike some of the other more powdery 100% chocolates available. If you have an unhealthy chocolate habit, these will satisfy your craving, without the guilt, once you acquire the taste for them, you will love them.

A few yrs ago I had blind taste testing of Ghiradelli vs. Pascha unsweetened. No clear winner, but the Pascha came in chips, Ghiradelli in wafers and Pascha a bit cheaper. I liked the chips because I often used them in my yogurt or granola. The Ghiradelli are now a big cheaper and Pascha no longer seems to offer chips. The wafers are a bit large for baking and cereal, but have a good flavor and 100% chocolate and cacao products. No palm oil or other oils.

Absolutely wonderful, what I expect from a fermented Cacao liquor. Mildly bitter, silky creamy fat and fresh. I mix equal wafers of this raw cacao and it's sister the cacao butter wafers. And the mixing involves making a peanut butter( natural salted) sandwich dark on one side light on the other and nutty salty fattier center...oh my so good!! It's often my post keto meal filler or desert.

I wouldn’t use this on its own. However, it is excellent for mixing with a 60% chocolate to give it a richer taste.

I have a small shop and have always used this chocolate but it has almost doubled in price so I am looking for something new. My customers can't afford it and will just go elsewhere.
