For years I have taken various multivitamins and supplements. I wish I had discovered this product sooner. It’s fantastic, after 4-5 days using it I felt I significant improvement in how I was feeling. My skin was so much softer after 2 weeks, presumably from the cq10 ingredient. I highly recommend this. Yes it is expensive. But in the long run I will save as I don’t need to buy independently individual vitamins and supplements. I am so pleased I found this product. They are sizeable to take but I just take them with a mouthful of porridge and they slip down with no issues for me. Your urine will turn bright yellow but nothing to worry about. Best multivitamins you can find! Works very well, can feel the results after one day! Im using three tabs per day. Only one problem - there is way tooooo much vitamjn D3 - if you got Tinnitus - permanent ringing noise in your ears - to mucb vitamin D3 can wirsen your tinnitus! Because there must be more vitamin K2!!!!!!! Vitamin K2 clears up the vitamin d3, it helps for calcium absorption in proper body places, INESSA, please add more Vitamin K2 to yours vitamins or cut down D3 vitamjn! Another cons, but small, it should be more folate added because of to much b12! And of course, it should come added with some panax gingsen in this tabs for even better results. I founc these muktivitamins as very usuful base for daily life and energy, I am using now extra folate and extra vitamin K2 300mcg per day do to overkill of D3 in this multivitamin stack! And I do not understand any increase in the price of these multivitamins, its too expensive already! But yes, - I am saying bug YES for these multivitamins because I found the propper balance! I like these multivitamins because here is all possible activated B group vitamins included!

The tablets are exactly what I need for the composition. Amazing brilliant.The tablets are hard to swallow, and the coating is the worst smelling tasting, and for friction going down the throat.If the coating could be improved maybe a sweet version to mask the taste and smell. This would be perfect.

Best product.but expensive

This work well. I find taking a pill around dinner time gives me a gentle boost in energy until bedtime. It's also very convenient, ad I was planning on taking most of the ingredients separately anyway.The only issue is my urine turns a funny shade of green for a few hours, I imagine this is due to the high dosage of B vitamins.

After taking these multivitamins for 40 days I started to notice a few things were off. Maybe a bit gross but 1st my sweat changed odour, noticed at the gym and started to get concerned as to why, looked at my diet, was I allergic to something I was eating? Then noticed my urine smelt the same and a few days later everything that was coming out of my body smelt the same and headaches were starting. Trip to doctors for blood tests and most was fine but did not offer any explanation so more detailed blood tests were carried out and certain levels were way to high and headaches were more than likely caused by excessive B12 which was at toxic levels. Broke up and made a powder of a tablet and it smelt exactly like my sweat and other bodily excreted fluids….. buyer beware the balance is way off, there is a reason there are recommended amounts of vitamins for daily consumption and not over 10000% of B12 which is downright dangerous.

No sudden supercharged energy or miraculous benefits noticed when taking these, I have to report.Been taking these for along time now and always come back to buying more. Why?Because I notice the difference in myself when I'm not taking them/using another brand.Yes, your urine turns lime green - but that's normal considering the ingredients and quantity of said ingredients.And if you find them too big, as my wife does; they quite cleanly snap in half.They are simply the best multivits that I've come across.Other points:No iron in them: Men generally don't need iron supplementation.Women can supplement separately if they wish, especially if they are menstruating.No magnesium in them: the quantity of magnesium that you personally require would double the size of the tablet, and putting magnesium into the tablet just to have it on the label - the quantity would be miniscule/irrelevant to the user.

Full of high quality ingredients and worth buying. Has a weird taste in the mouth but you are meant to swallow, so it doesn’t matter. Your urine may be oddly very dark green/yellow and can stink of the tablet after a few hours though because that is when I think it passes through.
