I bought the Prostate Health + Nitric Oxide combo and overall I think it's a good product. After several weeks of use, I've noticed I get up less often at night to urinate and my urine flow is better. I also feel more energy and better circulation during the day, which was a pleasant surprise. The capsules are easy to take and haven't upset my stomach. I like that it includes familiar ingredients like saw palmetto and a blend of herbs, although it's always important to consult with your doctor if you're taking other medications. Works great! Puts the led back in your pencil if you get what I'm saying. You'll be back visiting pound town again with the help of this supplement. It takes a couple months of daily use of the product before you start realizing the effects so dont expect to see major changes overnight as thats not realistic but you should start to notice a less frequent need to urinate and it will get harder faster and stay harder longer like it used to, and you'll be shooting ropes like you did in your 20's. Ive been taking this supplement over 6 months now and everything down there has improved substantially. I will stay on this supplement indefinitely. It has made a major difference for me and is well worth the cost. I will also say I tried the nitric oxide supplement too because there was a lot of hype about it and the alleged benefits it was supposed to deliver and after several months of taking that supplement I did not see or feel the advertised effects so I did discontinue the nitric oxide supplement. The prostate supplement is doing everything it says it does, for me, and I would and have recommend it to several friends and family who are also now taking it and have since told me they too are experiencing positive results. I am extremely skeptical about supplements as most of them in my experience, dont work or dont work well enough to really see or feel an impact so I procrastinated for months before I finally caved in and gave this supplement a try. I am sold on it and am so glad I took a chance. I am a type 2 diabetic and am 56 years old and I did check with my doctor before I started taking this supplement and he gave me the green light and said that there are ingredients in this supplement that have a proven track record of helping older men with prostate issues and said it would not interfere with my prescription medications. As you can probably tell, I am a very satisfied customer with this product. I hope everyone who reads this review who is 45+ and is on the fence about whether to try this or not gives it a try. If you're anything like me, you won't regret it.

Works pretty good. Nightly trips and urine stream much improved. The only drawback is the egg taste of the capsule. So 4.5 rating for me just because of the taste.

Absolutely works, this supplement combination. Especially if you're actively working out, trying to improve your health. I get better sleep, can urinate better, and actually get relief after taking the supplements daily for an extended period of time. I have even lost weight. Highly recommended if you're a bit older and feel like your prostate is a little bit enlarged, inhibiting your ability to urinate and feel relief.

Great products

After a week of taking daily results started to show. I've kept it up after a month and feel great. I do still need to get the oil checked like I should but there was a big difference from before and after taking these. I highly recommend.

A little on the expensive side but it works well. You just have to keep taking it and can become a big expense. Especially cause symptoms return quick after you stop taking it. Wish it was more affordable for continued use.
