I haven't using gel insoles before. This is my first pair of gel work insoles. Although I'm using them in a pair of walking shoes (not work boots) there is a very positive difference. They added support massage point on the arch area,effectively reduced the fatigue, that is a great help for my feet. This style of insoles will now be my choice for boot andshoe.,

These Shoe Inserts Worked Out Well For My Hubby. He is a Regional Salesman and on his feet most of the day. He wore these insoles and they releaved his foot stress for a few months. We wished they lasted longer, but they did help. Next time I'll buy more than one pair, and have him use in two different shoes, so he can alternate during the week. That way he would get more wear out of them.

These things are heavy! The arch bumps don’t fit quite right. Cheap..would not buy again, ever.
