This is good stuff bit pricey but probably worth the extra

My go-to sealant.Easy to apply and smooth, sticks to virtually any substrate and there is no obnoxious curing smell.More expensive than other brands but well woth the extra cost .

I have used that for waterproofing a leak on my water pipe as one of my friend advised. It worked fine.

Have seen Geoff use this brand, bought to fit shower screen and seal round the bath.Comes out smoothly, seems to smooth off more easily (thicker) makes a good finish.Very strong when cured. Bright white. Quick drying.Although this isn't grip and bond. Does seem to also grip and bond to a degree., stuck a board down with it.I'll always now use this brand.

This stuff is great - use it as glue when walls are damp - is fantastic
