Kids Herbal Tea for Calm Sleep, Sleepytime kids, 50 g (Czech Republic)

I bought this tea thinking it would help and do what it says it does, however it does not. Now I understand why there are no reviews for this tea, simply because there are no buyers I suppose. I gave my 18 month old this tea and it made him so hyper, never seen him like that before.Parent to parent advise please think twice before buying this tea and the seller wasn't helpful either.
