It's more crunchy than crispy, which might suit other folks more than me. At least you don't have to worry about them mashing up from shipping. It has a great taste and makes for a good snack. Three bags hold about 4-6 servings each. I'd do it again.

Noodles were fresh and tasty. Better than the restaurant. They are good with wonton soup. I would buy again.

These are, by far, the best crispy Chinese noodles I have yet come across. All the better, they sell at a great price, as well. They are crunchy and stay crunchy for quite some time in a soup. If you like, you can wait awhile to let them soften a bit. They taste like the best such noodles I have had in my life. My wife loves them, too! They make chicken soup or Wonton soup even more delicious. I just re-ordered this pack of three ten ounce bags for less than 15 dollars!
