I primarily use mugwort in a sealed pouch under my pillow to enhance my dreaming and in another pouch placed in a jean pocket. Please be careful in how you use mugwort as after a few days or a week or so, it's lucid dreaming and precognition and clairsentience effects will make themselves known. If these enhanced effects become too strong to tolerate, then remember to use grounding techniques. I have used smoked mugwort scent to clear spaces but not mugwort tea, so I don't know how it tastes.

Delivery was quick and bag was labelled clearly with health enifits and tea instructions This herb is roughly cut and you might want to grind it down before you smoke it, it’s a nice smoke when it’s mixed with marshmallow leaf. It’s not a good choice if your allergic to pollen, please always look up the herb your trying before you take it, this one can only be taken in small doses as it has a high toxicity level, and some may make you dehydrated just as much as tobacco products

Slept so much better after a cup of this. Dreams became so real. Had much more controle over my dreams too. It does say on the pack but ladies don't take if trying for a baby or are with child, mugwort is linked to miscarages

This product is actually for my horse who had a staphylococcus aureus lung infection last year and afterwards wanted to eat fresh Mugwort, although dried is just as good, so he has a small amount every day. I can only say it smells lovely.

There is so much twig blended up into it! Not much flavour or herb. Definitely not great for smoking. Need a lot of it in tea to drink to have a good effect.

Great product for many uses.. To drink To smoke To burn... Incence to create a calming energy in your home.. A relaxer when smoked ( lavender added gives a lovely taste) to enhanced lucid dreams & when drank can help with protection from pregnancy... All round 10/10...
