I have combination skin and usually get a lot of tiny pimples/clogged pores around my nose and under my lip. This serum started minimizing them after a few weeks. But if you have extra sensitive skin (like me), you might have to dilute it for the first week or so. The 10% niacinamide is quite a high concentration and it burned my face the first time I used it. But for the first week or so I used it mixed in with my moisturizer, then stopped mixing it but applied it after my other serum. But now I apply this first right after my toner and it no longer irritates my face. I would buy this again because it's good value (I only need one drop for my whole face and neck) and it works! Just be careful and introduce gradually if you have sensitive skin.

I've been faithful to another similar brand for years, but decided to give this brand a try since I have read such good things about it. Seems those reviews are right ~ because it's a nice serum. I'm very into skin care and make my own serums as well.. I can tell that it has a decent amount of niacinamide in it by how it feels on my face. I love niacinamide.. no matter what any product tries to tell you? nothing can "Shrink " pores..but there are things that can calm irritation, reduce inflammation and make them less noticeable.. niacinamide does that and I've been using it for the past decade. I won't hesitate to try other products by The Ordinary, they're legit.
