What's the inner diameter please? (the actual flat area not the diameter of outer edge)

The saucer described as 25cm (it’s actually 255mm) is the overall diameter, and has a maximum actual flat diameter to place a pot of 200mm. The answer given by carpcatcher at 23cm is wrong. At least based on the ones I have.
