Hi,We sell per metre, multiple metres in one length.Width is always 150 cm wide

Is this a good material to make a bodycon dress?

It doesn't have much stretch to it so depends on how you want your dress to hang

Is it suitabe, tough enough for cushions?

We bought it and used it to recover out leather chair seats and its been great and cleans well so i cant see why not for cushions.

Could I use this to cover a double headboard?

I used it to cover a foam seat. I don’t see why you can’t cover anything. It’s strong but thin so may need stretching for your application.
