Q: Can this be used on skirting boards?

Yes if they are not painted as this is meant for bare , waxed or lightly varnished wood

Q: Can i use this on laminated kitchen work benches?

This is not what I would choose to polish laminated surfaces, I take it you mean Kitchen Work Surfaces, where you would be preparing food! If your laminated surfaces are solid wood, say oak or beech, you would normally oil them, we have solid wood, work surfaces and find the best way to preserve the surface is to use the tins of wood oil you can buy in IKEA, it certainly would work out a lot cheaper for you and your surfaces would not require oiling again for around 6 months or more, as the oil soaks in and dries giving you a water proof surface which is wipeable with a damp sponge. The Silicone free spray polish I only use it on my best antique wood furniture, around the house, I would never use any of the cheaper sprays that you can buy in most shops. Q: Can this be used on outdoor wood furniture?

I think that would depend on the type of wood you have outdoors. If it’s sealed, varnished type wood then possibly; if your wood outside is weathered garden furniture then probably not as this item is really a furniture polish.

Q: Can this be used on a varnished wooden kitchen worktop?

It’s non silicone. Can be used on gloss satin or matt wood finishes. Do not use on unsealed wood including lighter coloured furniture. If unsure test an inconspicuous area & use sparingly before buffing with soft cloth
