Easy too take I have been taking them for over two years for my knees and I find they help!

After visiting doctor with really painful hip after walking and wondering whether I would eventually be in line for a hip replacement.. drastic I know but I was in agony sometimes - I started taking these. So I would say I’ve been on them over a year. Oh my days. Hip pain? What hip pain? After years of agony it’s gone probably after three months of taking these!
