Nice gloves with back of hand and palm protection but not too bulky as I am an Electrician and need to have dexterity with protection. Nice quality as you would expect from this brand.

Comfortable and tough gloves
I bought a pair of these in May 2010 from B&Q. I liked the comfort and fit of the gloves in the shop and thought they were worth a try, though a bit pricey at £26.28. Unfortunately I mislaid them recently and I can't wait any more hoping they will turn up; so I'm getting another pair, albeit at the better value price of £18.25 on Amazon. I used the original pair intermittently for odd jobs outside, in the garden/allotment and in the workshop, both for manual work and with power tools. Probably on average for a day a week for 18 months and they were in reasonable condition when mislaid. I also have a pair of DeWalt FRAMER Fingerless Framers Gloves - Black / Yellow (which I have not mislaid) and these, though good, are not as comfortable or tough as the Performance 4's. I believe they only come in one size which is large. I don't think I have large hands and they fit me perfectly so if you do have large hands they may be a touch tight and difficult to put on/take off. Most gloves I have bought, previous to either of the DeWalt's, have been fairly cheap (circa £5) non-branded work gloves or gardening gloves and invariably these have only lasted a few months before falling apart or wearing out with holes (admittedly they were not fingerless). They were also typically poorly fitting (loose) and therefore uncomfortable.

Stitching splitting
After about 3 wears the stitches on the left thumb started splitting, and I see the right is starting too also. Poorly made on that area, otherwise they are great. I’ve managed to use super glue to re-attach, will see how long that lasts. Disappointing fault on them, as I often look like a walking advert for Dewalt.

Excellent work gloves
This is the second pair my husband has had of these. His other ones wore out after 5 years so i was relieved I was able to get another pair as he has used them a lot. They are really well made with stitched pads on the hands and reinforced sections on the back. They are tight fitting which is ideal for working as they dont slip around. The wrist staps are a velcro fitting for easy adjustmemnt. If you had really large hands then these may be too tight but I would say my husband is about average and theyb are a great fit. If these last as long as his first pair I will be well pleased. The first pair were really hammered and yet stood up to the task. Brilliant!

Reasonable
Not a bad fit but they are tight, I hope they give a bit.. I suspect most of the reviews that mention the seams splitting or other damage are due to the gloves being too tight, so maybe size up. My other concern is the stitching, it seems quite rough inside on the fingers, especially on one hand, I hope it will soften with use, otherwise I'll have to cut about 10mm off the ends

Comfy and Quite tough
They're my favourites, bit pricey but worth it. Saved my hands a lot. They dont restrict movement. Lasts a good while and stays comfy wash after wash. I also love the towel padding along the thumb used for wiping sweat or whatever of your face lol such a mans concept. Obviously they're fingerless so they have they're perks and downs. Suited for intricate work. A snug fit is comfier.

Vielen Dank.
