Slim fast is really tasty and is filling. Has extra protein. I have lost weight. Not a perfect natural source combination of ingredients, but better than many products on the market. Look for it when it’s on sale at a big box store like Amazon or a few other places as it isn’t inexpensive. But not as pricey as some other products to lose weight.

My favorite shake when it comes to cutting weight! Helps keep a calorie deficit with also giving a decent serving of protein! Tastes good and has caffeine can’t go wrong.

5/26/2023: I'm starting a new diet and weight loss plan using Slimfast, healthier meals, and by staying active for at least 30 minutes a day. My starting weight is 185 and I am 5'5" tall. The goal is to lose 40 pounds. After getting the approval from my doctor, I bought the energy Mocha Cappuccino Slimfast shakes for energy in the morning and I bought regular Slimfast shakes to drink midday. It states on the bottle that in order to lose weight, you can have one meal a day (having at least 1,200 calories a day in total), replace two meals with either shakes smoothies or bars, and you can have up to three snacks. I find this pretty sensible.The shake itself is delicious. There is no chalky taste, either. The cappuccino taste isn't too strong but it's still good. The consistency is thin, not thick like a shake normally would be but this doesn't bother me. I'd say it works so far. I woke up after having a rough nights sleep and this shake gave me the energy boost I needed to start the day and I'm also full as well. We'll see how long the full feeling lasts.If you are trying to lose weight this way, go in to it with the right expectations. I don't think the shake alone is meant to keep you full for hours. It does HELP to keep you full, but you still have to have snacks in between and a decent meal.Will update the review in the future to give results. Good luck to anyone else trying to lose weight! Love my Slimfast Ready To Drink shakes. But chocolate is so boring after a while. Wish they'd come out with more of their Coffee House flavors.

Love the flavor of these. I am on a low-carb high protein eating plan and these are a great addition to my morning cold brew coffee. I no longer use high sugar creamers, use one of these drinks and some cold coffee and that is now my breakfast. Very filling and tastes like a specialty coffee drink. Highly recommend!

This chocolate Coffee House shake tastes wonderful. It also keeps me from being hungry for several hours.Keep in mind that it does have caffeine so you might not want to drink it late in the date if caffeine does not let you sleep.

Product is great but price keeps going up. Thats gonna cause some people to start looking for another protein drink.

I love the nutrition these have. They are not chalky like other protein shakes and are easy to just grab and go. I loved the taste of these and will buy again.
