Incredible amount of information presented in one book. Definitely a book that is perfect to pick up again and again and again. You'll find something new each time.

excellent book on whats up there, if a little short, from what i've seen most modern space books are aimed mainly at children, WHY

What a great book, lots of great images and clear explanations of interesting facts. I really like the decision tree at the end. I will never ring 999 again when looking at a streetlight!

Valuable example of how to make Graphics work for you. It just happens to be about Space but the principles are clear.

An amazing detailed book, well thought out and well put together. Would be great for those who know lots or little alike.

Excellent infodumps (the one on what happens when you decompress seems incorrect though; you will NOT get "the bends" but you WILL get water vapour bubbles in your blood vessel within seconds, which will cause your heart to run on empty). Anyway, only 2 stars because in the hardcover format the infographics DON'T WORK: they are printed on opposite page sides. Only a lay-flat binding or a one-image-per-page A3 format book woul be acceptable. As it is, you lose about 1 centimer right down the center. BUMMER!

Bellissima raccolta di infografiche astronomiche. Adatto ai neofiti ma anche a chi, già addentro l'argomento, ha bisogno di riportare alla mente proprorzioni appunto... astronomiche.

El libro está realmente bien montando y pensando. Los gráficos son una delicia y presenta datos muy interesantes. Sin embargo es un libro con poca reusabilidad. Visto la primera vez, subsecuentes visitas al mismo no proporcionan la sensación esperada, así que supongo que su aporte es más la componente de sorpresa y novedad que otra cosa. Aún así, como regalo creo que es muy interesante.
