Very effective for histamine flare-ups. Works on dogs too.
These are very effective. I take them to help with derma-graphia. They really help calm my skin down and last a good few hours. On vets recommendation, I sometimes give 1/2 a tablet to my 10kg dog to help with his condition and that really hemps settle him. Good stuff.

Great value for money and very affective.
To be honest I use these for my pooch as they have a grass allergy when it’s wet weather . They are easy to use and once used regularly they are very affective they no longer have a runny nose or sore paws and no longer nibble making the allergy worse . Great value for money and very affective ensuring no signs of allergy .
