Bracelet is more like a ribbon material. However, quality is still very nice. Design Color is very pigmented. The bamboo closure is a nice, classy touch. Item arrived in a timely manner, considering it was a customized product.

We had a last-minute development for 2 different sets of VIP custom wristbands for a premiere event (400 total) to be created in a rush using custom designs & colors in 12 days. I was panicked about the timing since HDHY first noted the rushed arrival date would be either the day before or day of our actual event - cutting it super close. I over-communicated about the status and time-sensitivity the first few days of the process and not only were they were very responsive but- the custom wristbands arrived 2 days earlier!! My event organizers can now deliver VIP wristbands to VIPs' hotels and accommodations in advance of our event! Both custom designs perfectly matched the designs I submitted (one was even custom tailored BY HDHY last-minute when their online options were too limiting for what I hoped to do...) I am so happy with HDHY's customer service, responsiveness, and the resulting wristbands. It was 9 days from proof approval to in-my-hands at totally reasonable costs compared to other quotes I had gotten elsewhere for custom designs that attached super-high rush charges for the time-crunch and were less-flexible on design options. (The only thing I would possibly change is upgrading to a locking bead vs the slip-lock band if that's even an option-?) Regardless I will rely on HDHY for all my wristband needs moving forward. They were really great!

Had a mix up with delivery because I didn’t realize how they were getting delivered and don’t receive mail at the address I had set. The company responded immediately to solve the problem. They even offered to cover the cost of the product once I received it. Couldn’t do that to a company with service like this. High quality sublimation and material.

The custom logo looked great, but the product didn't work as outlined. The cinch didn't catch the fabric, so you could loosen/tighten at will. We needed these to lock so people couldn't get them off their wrists to share with others.

Have ordered from them multiple times. Good quality products. They also send you a proof and will adjust to your liking before printing and shipping. 5 stars.
