The chalkboard itself is fine but the framing was bubbled. I returned it for a new one, and the replacement was the same.... update: I contacted customer support and they were amazing. They explained that there had been a manufacture defect on a batch, and they sent me a new one. It is rare to find companies these days that ACTUALLY have good customer service and stand by their promise. Thank you!
