I have been looking for another one that was only found on Amazon UK and I couldn’t order it. This came up and I bought it. It looks very elegant and I love it. A family member saw it and asked so that they can get one. I would def buy this as a gift as well.

Great product. I’m so happy with this purchase. It’s not too big or too small it’s perfect.

Although I wish the part where the incense is burn were a bit larger, I love it it is beautiful. I hope it lasts, I wonder if the heat would eventually crack it? It is beautiful.

when coal is burnign the cap becomes sticcku apart of being hot, there should be instruction that do not lift the cap with bare hands as its burning hot

Packaging came damaged. and the finishing is horrible. It has these tiny bumps and edges seems to be cracked.

I love everything about it except the way my charcoal for incense burns in it,it doesn't allow coal to really burn so you can't really use it,so it is up to you,but it is very beautiful and perfect for show..I will say the 33mm incense charcoal works with way better then the 40-mm,these 40-mm is just alittle to big... So you deside,it may be the Charcoal I'm using so if you know of any Good Charcoal for incense let me know.....

Its one of the beautiful oud burner i have owned. The gold on black stands out, the size is perfect. Cant complain 😌

Paying a premium price tag, you'd expect the product to be well made. Mine came with scuff marks on the body. They've used a very cheap mould and so the body surface isn't smooth. The markings have been sloppily painted on Only time will tell if the "metal" coal holder survives a couple of uses. If I saw this in a store, I'd probably pay $10-$15 for this at most

Product not as expected. it gets clogged and sticky with resin . could not open lid .it broke after trying few times to lever led off. . too fragile after 8 usage
