how do i put the extra parts onto the costume

The two long strips go over the shoulders, and the 2 sections with velcro on the ends make up the belt holding them in place. The thicker one goes on first, then the thinner section with the metal clip at the front.

Is it safe to iron and machine wash?

Yes, I washed mine on a cool wash & ironed with a low temperature on the iron & it all came out great, Much Thanks
