I started taking this last week and I love them! They have a citrus flavor so I like the taste and they make me feel more energized and balanced throughout the day. I'm excited to keep taking them and see long term benefits!

I have been having issues with fatigue, lack of motivation, and depressed mood for months. I finally decided to try a multivitamin to see if it would help. After doing a bit of research I found Needed. All of the vitamins are in the most bioavailable form which is incredibly important. After two days I noticed I had trouble falling asleep because I had so much energy so I switched to taking this at night and I have felt great since! I have never taken a supplement that had such a positive impact so quickly after starting.

Finally found a really good multi vitamin with out all the junk ingredients!

I love feeling good about taking these! However, I do not care for the citrus smell or slight aftertaste. The recommend dose is 3 per day, which is difficult for me to remember.
