Q: Does the outside of the wrap get wet from condensation?

Temporarily yes, as everything you pull out of the freezer gets condensation. I mostly use the wrap for warming red wine. 90 sec in microwave then 5 minutes wrapped round the wine and it's good.

Q: Roughly how long does it take to warm up a bottle of red to a reasonable temperature?

I put the sleeve inside-out in the mic, heat on full for 90 sec, wrap it round the wine bottle for 5 minutes, re-heat the sleeve for another 90 sec, re-wrap the bottle, and 5 or ten minutes later, it's toasty warm.

Q: Can this be heated with an oven?

I would say in a microwave oven, although I’m not 100% sure. I have a vague memory of buying it and the description possibly said you can heat it in a microwave oven. Check this with the sellers description. Certainly not in an electric or gas oven. I would also go as far to say, this is a fire risk!!
