Hi Lee. The ice cubes are 1oz each. I use them for making my baby purées. The bigger ice cube trays that Tovolo do are 2ozs. But these ones you are asking about are 1oz. They are fab and come out really easy!! As they are 1oz, they are small enough then to mix with another purée food for flavours.
