Bought a replacement pair after I lost one of them. These a must have for lifting heavy, especially exercises where your wrists have a tendency to bend such as the chest pressing and rowing movements. I had a pain in my left forearm for over a year and it affected what exercises I could do. I couldn't train biceps and I could only do certain back exercises that didn't aggravate it. I discovered the cause was during my bench press, I would bend my left wrist slightly when lifting heavy weight, this would compound over several sessions. Upon discovering this, I started wearing these wrist straps and because they kept my wrists straight and aligned, the pain went away! Not only that, they also help keep my grip locked in, preventing any tension leaks so that my pressing remains strong.

Bought these a few years ago and now buying again after accidentally leaving my previous ones at the gym. The fact i'm buying them again probably tells you something about how satisfied I was with them and thought now as i'm about to order again it would be a good time to leave a review. So there's not too much to say, the comfort is as good as you could hope for, adjust to your own wrists and level of support needed, pick a preferred colour pattern so they look cool, and while I cant speak so much about for the more common exercises, I do a lot of body weight training, sometimes high rep pushups, so these are a great preventative measure aswell as supportive if you have issues already. In anycase I recommend having them in your gym bag, they're cheap enough and effective enough, can help prevent an injury and theyre pretty durable and high quality to. Pretty happy customer, I dont think you can really be disappointed at this price range, one of the best bang for buck gym accessories you can buy imho.

Great support at an ok price. Just a shame I can no longer attend the gym, due to fake stalking allegations made by a proxy from MY stalker. But, if you want to be able to lift heavy and get strong without fear of being ousted from the only place you love to go, these are great as a first pair.

These straps have given me so much confidence when lifting, and have given my wrists the ability to add 4-6kg to my dumbbell press after only a week. Previously I was pushing 44kg dumbbells and afraid to go higher due to risk of snapping my wrist. But my wrist feels so much more stable now that I pushed 50kg for my first time ever yesterday. They are easy to strap up and remove. And each arm is labeled left and right. As seen in the image, I remove the thumb loop when lifting, but you will need to use the thumb loop to put them on.

Not bad and they work as they should, but the velcro is a little lacking and overall size is a little small. Not necessarily bad, but better to buy slightly better wraps and save yourself buying twice
