This product seems to produce results, but has a made-in-china feel to it. The included power cable falls loose if you move the slightest bit, and it isn’t pleasant when the light starts flickering on your face.

What I do like is that you have the option to select what color lighting you want to do and alter the time for it. The issue is the cable that comes with it the end that is to connect into the mask will not hold a connection but it is a universal phone charger cable style so I just went out and got another one and it works fine it just stinks that I had to spend more money to be able to get a cable to use the product.

I bought a new mask and was sent a hairy, dusty ,used mask sent in a beat up torn to pieces box.l!

The benefits can really start to be seen after a month but are really evident after a full 3 months. I have a red light panel but prefer to use this on my face. To see better results try using a green tea or Roobios tea toner or essence and then put a copper peptide serum on top of that before using the mask.....both have shown to increase the benefit of red light therapy for the face. I have personally noticed smoother skin with more refined pores and a refreshed appearance to my skin. Wrinkles have noticeably decreased as well.

When I opened the Amazon box the product’s box was torn at the hinges. The remote was almost thrown away because it wasn’t in the box with the mask. It was in the bottom of the Amazon box. The remote was dirty and looked used. Would not buy again or recommend.

I got this about a week ago and have been using it daily. I see that most people are seeing results around 3 months, but i can already see an improvement in my skin. My old acne scars have already began to lighten after just one week so I can't wait to see what it looks like after 3 months!!I'll post pictures when i get a little further into this journey. I forgot to take one before i started, but did take one today for reference. But so far so good :)

This would be the very first time I would leave a bad review. After spending almost $300 for one product, i received an opened box with missing remote control.Which is a big deal because the product is meant use on your face.Very disappointing. Now I would have to take some of my time to drop it off at UPS store to return it.And after returning it, I would have to wait for God knows how many days to get my money back. This is an inconvenience.

I like the mask but I don't like the rubber eye protection because it covers the wrinkles I wish to treat. I tore them out and it's a lot better for me. I felt the difference immediately. So happy I wish it came with instructions. Does the actual mask need to charge or just the remote. How does it work. I just charged the remote and put it on.
