The canopy we order was high quality fabric with amazing graphic design. Unfortunately, the tent frame was damaged during shipping and were unable to use the canopy and tent at our sponsored event. I contacted Look Our Way with our issue and not only did they respond promptly, they also sent us replacement parts, free of charge and within a very reasonable turn around time. Customer service was professional and very understanding of our situation. I strongly recommend if you are looking for custom canopy, look no further than “LOOK OUR WAY”
