We love brining our Thanksgiving bird, and this kit makes it easy. The bag is sturdy and seals easily, no worries about it leaking or bursting open. The seasonings were very good, and our turkey was deliciously moist and not overly salty. A bit expensive for a single use package, but you take what you can get when you can't find something locally and this is the quickest option.

Rubbed olive oil on the skin, started the turkey in the smoker for a few hours then brought it in to finish in the oven. It was moist, seasoned just right, and honestly the best turkey I've cooked ever. My husband and I sang it's praises, my children didn't know what they were missing. Will definitely use again next year.
