Very soft and larger than i expected. I am a chemo patient whose hair is coming back in. Its nice and soft on my head.

The great:Soft; gentle; a nice size; a good handle. It must feel great, because my little boy often becomes calm and drowsy during hair-brushing. He doesn't have dandruff, but it's removed some debris from his hair pretty well, so I think it would probably work nicely on dandruff and other small particles.The not so great:Some of the bristles are loose or come loose during use. It's only been a few bristles, but they've gotten close to my son's eyes a few times. Be sure to slap the bristles around on your palm prior to using the brush each time, and stay watchful while you're brushing. Also, the brush works on light tangles, but doesn't seem very effective for little knots.Overall, it's a decent baby brush. My son really enjoys it. I'd recommend it, and I think he would too.
