Why did you pick this product vs others?:Fit perfectly on my Bosch SHE68T56UC/02. Took about 5 minutes after I got the washer pulled out. The in and out prep work takes way longer than installing the cable and springs.

Found a broken string on the floor next to my bosch dishwasher. After a bit of research I identified this part as a suitable replacement. I have close to zero mechanical skill and yet was able to replace this part in under 15 minutes. Much better quality than the original.

Easy to install, worked perfectly

If your Bosch dishwasher door drops instead of opening normally, this will fix it. It took longer to pull the dishwasher than it did to install. I had to rotate out the old springs. Minus one star for no directions.

I replaced the broken spring mechanism, after 10 years the original poorly designed plastic pieces broke. This new replacement seems much better, using metal in place of some of the plastic.Description says to replace both; not sure why, I only replaced the broken one.It came with NO instructions and a single peel off label with a “R” on it. Puzzled.Anyway, it was easy to install.10 months later the other side broke, and again the replacement process was simple.

Excellent quality and truly upgraded (with metal spring fasteners). Fixed my 440mfm dishwasher door successfully.

I’ve purchased this product twice now. On the positive side, they fit my Bosch dishwasher perfectly. On the negative side, they break about every six months. I won’t be buying this particular brand again. I am now on the hunt for one that will not lead to a biannual purchase.
