I absolutely love this Raven. It is so unusual in that it is a wall mounted figure, and the detail is brilliant. Each individual feather is detailed as are the talons and it is quite a large size so looks impressive on my bedroom wall. It looks great in daylight and amazing in a dimmed light or candle light. This would really suit a gothic setting, but also suits my room which has a British wildlife theme. It was easy to put up with two holes at the back, slightly off set, and included are the fittings (2 screws and 2 plugs). I drilled level holes though (obviously at the same distance apart!) so I could have it leaning more which looks perfect. I can't believe it was such a cheap price and only hope they make another one facing the opposite way! This will be such a talking point in any home and is certainly one of my favourite buys for some time.

I bought this for my dining room, to fill a gap that wouldn’t work with a picture.To hang, I put the raven on a piece of paper and drew around the outline. Then I turned it so the paper was on top, and pushed the pencil through the holes when I found them. I then placed the paper onto the wall and marked the position of the screws through the holes with my pencil.It was easy to actually hang. I used two picture hooks and the holes fit over the hooks without issue.It is very detailed and I have included photos. I think I should dress the wall a little more to improve the raven’s background, but haven’t got round to that yet.I sometimes wonder (and I wondered this before I bought it too) if it reminds me of the kind of ornament my granny would have had. I mean, she would have had a dormouse or a hedgehog or a parrot (not a raven) but, you know, I do sometimes worry that it could be seen to be a bit on that spectrum. But I think that’s probably because mine is on a plain white wall. Maybe…It was very well packaged for its journey. It’s a good size.I’d say think carefully about where you place it to really show it off.

The first thing to say is that this is more a sculpted wall plaque than a sculpture. The head and beak are fully rendered but everything else is flat on one side. To be honest, I couldn't imagine how they'd make this any different for the purpose it's intended for. So, you have two holes on the flat side for screws to fit and lock through and the plaque is secure. This is a near life sized depiction of a Raven and it's incredibly well detailed. In fact, I'm not sure how it could be improved, since the colours are just right and so is the pose. Very nicely done, and not a mad price either.

This looks excellent on the wall. Its flat on the back so needs to be wall fixed but its great quality and really does look amazing - lots of very positive comments. For a fixing tip try the trick of photocopying the back of the unit to get the screws in the right places.

I really love this raven . It is perching proudly in my "art studio". It is very well sculpted in a resin material and looks very life like. The fixing holes on the back appear to be offset but if you put the screws in the wall level, then the angle of the raven is perfect. Very pleased !!

The product is good and reasonably lifelike. Unfortunately, I didn't realise that it was flat on the back and the description failed to make that clear. It is essentially a wall plaque. However I have fixed it to a tree and it doesn't look bad.
