an important detail on the item was not included in the delivery. in the picture it is, but it is not in the package. very stupid. I've tried to ask if it should be like this, but I don't get an answer. Very bad.

Ich kann nix anderes sagen, hält sehr gut an der Autoscheibe. Da ich auch fürs Fahrrad dieses Halterungssystem nutze, liegt im Handschuhfach immer die entsprechende Handyhülle bereit…. ohne die kann man das Handy nicht einklicken
