Great product..I've been taking them for 10 weeks now and definitely don't feel hungry after taking it..I've cut out all sugar as well and my body has just shrunk and I've lost all the weight I've put on in the last 2 years..I'm amazed at how quickly the weight started to fall off.Also eating lots of kiwi fruit with the skin on and freshly squeezed lemon juice and I feel so much more healthier and full of energy

its ok ,I think the price is too much for the tablets one gets. I did not see much weight loss either.

I bought them on the back of some "research" carried out in the US about using them in conjunction with cider vinegar leading to weight loss.My wife and i used them together for the whole course and noticed no results/changes whatsoever.I then did some more research into the "research" and found it was flagged as "fake news" originating in some "advertorial" on the CNN website. I then saw the same "research" claiming the same benefits from another combination. Same people, pictures etc. different supplements.I was duped, I am older and wiser, no harm done.Thought i would share my experience...Good luck

If taken correctly these are brilliant, I was sceptical so took them for the first month and didn't change the way I ate or excercised (still had a glass or 2 of wine in the evening) as I wanted to see what they could do... I lost 4lbs!! I have now just ordered for the 3rd month and will continue using them along with the gym and healthy eating.

Do. Not drink atall with these especially. Wine of any amounts

It's a bit soon to say if it works, but I think there are sign that it might be doing. The Raspberry Ketones smells great and leaves a lovely taste in the mouth as it goes down - love it do I!
