[Update: about 1 month later they are still holding fast and show no signs of failing] What can I say about adhesive pads? Quite a lot, why be concise when you can ramble? I read the reviews before buying. £5.99 for 60 pads seems good and reviews were mostly positive with some questions over the adhesive power. Used these for number plates and since there are 60 in the pack I wasn't sparing in my use, about 10 per plate. I cleaned the surface I was sticking to with white spirit fwiw. Also applied a bit of super glue to each side of the pads just to be safe, although they do seem pretty sticky anyway. Once I was done I wasn't willing to risk a tug but did venture a prod to the sides. They seem stuck pretty good, my suspicion is that if I ever try to remove the nimber plates they'll take half the bumper with them. The packaging they arrived in wasn't perfect meaning 2 or 3 pads had been squashed a bit and the backing tape was coming off. You peel them off a glossy sheet, so I applied this side to my number plates and let it settle for a while. When attaching the other side to the car I found the backing tape a little bit difficult to peel off and did end up taking finger nail sized chunks out of the foam on one or two of them. That's day 1 of my pad experience, will report back with details of pad performance once they have been tested by a bit of time and winter weather.

Having been in the motor trade for many years, this type of product can vary in quality and effectiveness. This ticks all the boxes.

Would have given 5 stars but removing the plastic backing is a nightmare, however once on very tough and sticky, been on a couple of months now from heat and rain and it’s still stuck solid

Difficult to separate the backing from the sticky part, and the cheap foam rips as you try to do it. Did the job in the end, (sticking numberplate on) hopefully it holds up OK.

The sticky bit that you need to attach to the plate holder is very hard to peel away. Takes minutes of constant picking with your nails and when you don't get the right bit, you end up peeling it away and there's no sticky bit just fluff. I've had these sticky plate things in the past and these were by far the worst and most headache to use... All I wanted to do was put my plate on my car - not spend a whole hour..and also expensive.... 5 pound something for what a Few double sided sticky things.

Si no quieres hacer agujeros en el coche para la matrícula (en mi caso porque tuve que cambiar las matrículas a la española y no tenía agujeros) se queda perfectamente pegado al coche (en mi caso una superficie es de plástico y otra metálica)
