In Davina's book smart carbs ,you will find recipe for chickpea chips easy and delicious and flatbreads, wraps, pancakes , and to use it instead of the pasta of lasagne. and very easy to do.

Q: Is this okay for making pancakes?

A pancake made with gram flour would be more a chapati or flat bread! Not sure you would get the right consistency and texture we accept for pancakes. Flat breads are good though. Can be sweet or savoury...You can substitute the gram flour for plain/all purpose flour if you would prefer but gram flour has a more interesting 'nutty' taste but more rigid texture. Good luck.
