It’s a good product, like many other products, if your body needs it every day and regular vitamins all in one don’t give more of what your body needs, that’s why it’s important to see which vitamins you need more of and some you need less of.

My body is always so fatigued and my bones hurt. I saw that this is supposed to help with that, so I purchased it. So glad I did! My body feels amazing! My bones don’t ache anymore! Such a great product.
