I found taking them on their own in the AM made me nauseous. Since taking at teatime with food no issues! Too early to tell / feel any benefit. Rather aromatic which isn’t too pleasant but I find holding my breath helps!

Good range of vitamins in this product, however have made a difference to my fatigue. No different to other top brand vitamins.

Compact easy to take and good measure of natural oils

I've waited a month to review these vitamins as I am aware that takes a while to get the full benefits. Have to say i'm delighted with them. My nails, skin, hair have improved along with my sleep (not sure if thats a benefit of the vitamins but it is vastly improved). My nails were awful and were breaking and flaking. I see some reviews (awful smell large to swallow). They don't smell like strawberries but then they are not going to! Also read (large and hard to swallow) they are quite large but if you put them in back of your mouth and swallow with large drink they go down easy enough. The Pro's outway the con's as they say and I have now put them on repeat order. HIGHLY RECOMMENED FOR LADIES OF A CERTAIN AGE AND THEY ARE VEGAN double Hurrah from me.x

I got these instead of the 30 capsules that come up when choosing the size required thinking I was saving money. I even set up a two monthly subscription as recommended as usual for this product. Upon receiving the 60 capsules one I see that you have to take 2 a day not 1 like the product associated with it in the choice section. They obviously won't last me two months if I take two so I would have been better off financially getting two of the 30 capsules instead of one of these. I now have to cancel my subscription and order accordingly after using these up first. I don't think they are the same tablet even so why do they show them as an option. Don't know if they are good as I've only been taking them 3 days.

I gave 1 star as it is easy to swallow. It does taste (for about 2 seconds in the mouth) awedful and the smell is eugh. Goes when swallowed though. As soon as they arrived I took one. Day 4 I vomited within the hour of taking it. The taste and smell coming up. Day 5 I took just to see if it was the vitamin. Again within the hour vomiting. Think carefully before buying and taking. Do not know what ingredient caused the vomiting. It is the product not the seller. Taking the vitamins to be checked by an independent pharmacist. Please be aware.

These vitamins were a very reasonable price so I decided to order. When I opened them the capsules were quite large, but what really smacked me in the face was the awful smell....it was overpowering! Like a stagnant or dead yeast-y type smell which remained that way throughout their use! A really unpleasant aroma which would definitely put me off repurchasing.
