What kind of tea is this? Is it caffeinated?

As far as I know, all teas are caffeinated. "Decaffeinated" tea or coffee still have some caffeine in them. This is just a nice English tea that is an enjoyable breakfast tea that I enjoy everyday. It reminds me of Earl Grey Tea.

Lovely colour and sweet memory of the late queen.

The tin arrived safe and sound! no dents or damage whatsoever. I'm not sure about the tea as i haven't tasted it yet and bought this to store my 'usual' tea in. I like it!
