Nice taste, helps me with with recovery!
Some people argue that BCAA powder does nothing for them, but each to their own... I find it really does help for my recovery and improves DOMS. This product appears to be helping me in the exact same way other BCAA products have helped me in the past. It tastes okay too! Convenient and faster delivery as always, through Prime.

Great Taste
Great taste and mixes quickly with no lumps. I use this to add flavour and to help me to drink more water throughout the day and during wokouts.

Great product. My workouts have been great
This is my 2nd bag of ibcaa from the protein works. I have to say i'm starting to be a big fan of their supplements. I can't vouche for there protein. Never tried it. I'm also trying there creatine for the 1st time. So. I Can't give a review on that just yet. But. Ibcaa great. My workouts have stepped up another gear. I take alot of supplements so. I know a good product when i take it. Highly recommend

Tastes Quite awful..
I've used many BCAA's lately and I'm trying some new flavours. I bought this one as it was much cheaper than Amino Build next generation and of course on some purchases you can't cut corners. I don't usually write reviews especially if the product won't meet my expectations. I will just say that it doesn't taste good. First couple of times I nearly gaged. It tasted like some sour water with fake raspberry aftertaste, I don't doubt that it works as the content seams to be similar to other product in the range of BCAA's but for me it's all about the flavour. Won't be buying this brand again.

I'm new to The Protein Works and I have been really impressed with the quality of their products. I train around 4-5 times a week, a mix of weights and sports and use this product daily. I have this on subscription and will continue to do so.

Thr package bag came ok. but the item was damaged inside! Most of the powder came out of its sealed bag and all over the shipping bag, useless!
