First impression while unpacking was the foam used for protection was excellent! Not the kind that breaks apart and makes a mess. Assembly was fairly easy, although it’s picture directions, not written. There were times I had to step back and turn the papers around to make sure everything matched up right. Took about 2 1/2 hours to assemble, taking my time. It lowers and raises quietly. It’s easy to set the heights you choose. And best of all it has wheels so it moves around easily. Or you can choose to use the stationary feet. This desk is exactly what I needed! Makes working from home more comfortable. Plus it’s pretty. I love this desk.

I purchased this desk for my fully remote home office knowing full-well it was not solid wood since we couldn't afford the "real stuff" just yet, and my expectations were low as a result. I'm glad to say that this desk FAR EXCEEDED my expectations!! It arrived un-damaged in great condition. It's HEAVY. Assembly is a pain, but I think that's also to be expected for any type of "flat-pack" furniture. Thankfully, it's NOT all cam lock construction - All the important structural joints are fastened with real, bonafide wood screws that are nicely pre-drilled and make for a really solid construction. The veneer is very durable and doesn't chip easily if you look at it wrong. Fully assembled, this desk is really sturdy!! The raising and lowering motor is quiet and works smoothly and perfectly. For this $300-$400 price-point, this desk is awesome! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Desk quality is ok..... BUT BEWARE!!!!! This does NOT include the stand/adjustable base!!!! TERRIBLE ADVERTISEMENT of this fact, I didn't know until I had it all unboxed and halfway built. UPDATE: Ok so the base arrived... It's actually a great deal! I retract my former review, for the cost, this is an amazing desk. The confusion happened due to Amazon showing the order as delivered, and there was no base. After contacting the seller (replied within hours) I was informed that the base is shipped separately to maintain the safety of the items. Since Amazon thought the package was delivered, I thought the base was sold separately. Nope, just shipped separately 😝 The desktop is all wooden, and the height adjusts electronically, 10/10 product ❤️ (the water bottle is for size reference)

Overall, I'm happy enough with this purchase to keep the desk for a while, but I'm not convinced I would buy it again today. I had much higher hopes for the drawer storage and and better expectations for it's stability. Pros: - Adjustable height works well. - Assembly was straightforward. - Shelf is convenient for extra storage. - Despite being particleboard it does look nice and the construction is solid. Cons: - Drawers are VERY small, almost useless. - Draw handles have sharp edges and are at chair handle height so they are a constant cause of scraps and pinches. - It's more wobbly than any other adjustable height desk I have ever used. Paired with about $100 in additional accessories, such as a dual monitor mount (bolted through the shelf), cable trays to house power strips and wires below, and a laptop mount off the side, this desk is now very functional. For what I have invested so far though, I think there are better options available.

This is absolutely the worst company experience I’ve had in a while. Took forever to assemble the desk only to find out it doesn’t work if I have ANY weight on it-which obviously defeats the point of using it for a desk. Requested a return only to find out I have to pay for return shipping! To ship this back is more than the cost of the desk! So I follow up with Amazon and they send a note to the company. The company’s response? We only pay to take back unassembled and unopened packages…great, but if that was the case I wouldn’t have known it was damaged and therefore would have kept it right?! The whole thing is joke. My advice, don’t bother with this desk.

The end product looks great and works well. If you do not like putting flat pack furniture together, this is not for you. The desk comes in 2 boxes: one for the desk top and one for the metal back with the electric lift. The box with the desk top was not as packaged as well as the metal base. It arrive pretty beat up. Even so, only a small edge of the top was a little damaged. The instructions are good but you need to pay attention. Especially when installing the drawers. The drawers have no adjustments so if you need them to be perfectly lined up, this desk is not for you. They are good enough for me (only the center drawer is a little wonky). The base was very easy to put together. It would be best to have two people when putting the base on the desk. I used the moving boxes I had around to make a platform to work on so that I wasn't working on the ground and also it was easier to put the base on and tip the desk upright. Definitely a good value for functionality.

Purchased as a gift. We kept it in the box, unopened in a safe place until the employees anniversary were ready. Opened it, set it up and it doesn’t work! We had a gift receipt and we can’t return it. Flimsy materials. Power doesn’t work. General junk.

Surely, you have to be careful when building it, but once completed it is worth it. On top of that, I'd like to say how happy I am from the vendor. After I set up my work station, I realized the desk was not functioning properly. I was not able to raise it. Instead, I was receiving an E-3 error message (something about resistance). Even reset or factory reset did not solved the issue. It is only after removing the monitors and/or other items from the desk that it started working properly again. I contacted the vendor through the Amazon proper channel and also tried to call them. On the call, I hung up after a while of waiting. However, about an hour later, I received a text message and they even called me back. They really took care of me and promised that someone from tech support would reach me. About ten hours later, it was an email from the vendor I contacted through the Amazon website. They told me how to update the resistance, which unfortunately for me and them, I thought I had already did and voila. Everything is now working perfectly and I came to realize how of a great company they are and how good their customer support is. I will not hesitate a second to buy from them again.

4 stars because the main long piece in the front was damaged and tried to get a replacement piece but got the run around and never did get it. Rest works fine

Good quality… Works well… Looks great in office… Easy to assemble… Give it a 10 out of 10 and recommend it to anyone

Set this up and the motor doesn't work it keeps giving us the E3 error and nothing will .ake it go away.
