Arrived ahead of time. The size of the container scared me. It’s a huge pot with about 1/5 filled with product. I’ll decant it into something smaller. Used in once already. Works well, much cheaper than using fresh eggs every time.

Great product- use this at work and gives great results - great to be able to by smaller quantities for home use - easy to use just follow the instructions

Use it for royal icing, extends the use by date rather than fresh egg white and less messy.

Absolutely love this stuff i use it to make swiss meringue buttercream for my cakes, so easy to use and tastes great it has never failed me once

The carton of meringue mix was open BEFORE it was sent! It was wrapped in a plastic bag because it was leaking as the top was broken. It is unusable as I cannot trust that it has not been tampered with.

So much better than buying little packets of dried egg whites! Will be buying again
