The quality of this product is probe my father take this and his walking and movement increase double, the size is nice, reliefe pain, is effective, dissolves easy, taste nothing and not stomach problem around for him, great product.

This stuff is fantastic for hair nails and skin. The pills aren't small but they're shaped well for swallowing. If you have trouble with pills you may want a liquid type. The dosage is 6 a day but the truth is that you need a big dose of biotin to get results you can see. I was not happy when I bought my first container of these but once I saw the results on my own hair I about freaked out when it was continually sold out where I initially purchased that first jar. You will not be disappointed! I've not had any stomach issues and the first 2 I take on an empty stomach. You can take with water or food. Your hair will start growing like a weed. I pair this with Horsetail Grass supplement purchased at Amazon which also helps with hair growth. I'm no spring chicken but I have great hair and no arthritic pain which is either from this supplement or the frankincense I've been occasionally chewing.

This has made a tremendous and measurable difference in my hair and nails. I only take 4 (2 in the morning, 2 at night) rather than the recommended 6 daily and it's made a definite improvement. It has made my nails so strong and significantly decreased the amount of breakage for my hair. (They're a little hard for me to take on an empty stomach, so I take them right before breakfast.) Definitely recommend!

I have PCOS and experience quite a bit more than normal person hair loss. I have been taking this for almost a month now. I started with 2 pills and gradually increased to full dose of 6 pills to make sure my body tolerated it well. Once I got to full strength, it took about a week and I started noticing less loss of hair than I was used to and even some tiny little hairs at scalp showing signs of new growth. I have taken many different supplemental products but this one seems to have given me the best results thus far. My doctor was the one to have recommended it to me and I am so glad she did. Yes the six pills are a little less than ideal and they are on the bigger size but the results of my skin appearance and overall hair changes is so worth it! I will gladly take the six pills daily with how effective this has been on my overall hair and skin health. The cost is pretty level is with all other supplements on the market but the amount you get is great! I think maybe my energy levels have also been increased more since starting the supplement but that may be also attributed to other changes I have made in my life.

I have been taking this for a few months now, and have really noticed a difference in how quickly my hair grows! It has helped a little with the volume/thickness of my hair, but I see its primary effects on the length of my hair. Really happy with the results for the price. Only downside is that you have to take 6 large pills per day.

And besides that my joints are working easier and I have better mobility.I am amazed at how well this stuff works because I’m usually kind of hesitant about using items like this. I’ve been telling my friends, and they’re getting tired of me constantly praising this product.

We only received 1 bottle. It should be 2 bottles right?
