Is this product UV stabilized, as it doesnt say so on packaging. . . .Also what do the clips look like?

Not sure about UV stable. The clips come in 2 parts, 1 slides into the metal frame and the other piece is a disk with a hole that clicks onto the first piece. I used it in my greenhouse over winter. I didn't heat greenhouse. My fuchsias overwintered fine.
